Terms of Service

The service

ISMS Guide provides tools for organizing information security controls, tasks, documents, risks, assets, internal audits and related evidence. The service supports an organization's management system but does not provide certification, legal advice or a guarantee of compliance.

Accounts and access

• You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for assigning appropriate roles within your company workspace.
• Access may be reviewed, suspended or terminated where security, misuse or legal compliance requires it.

Acceptable use

You may not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, upload malicious material, infringe third-party rights, use the platform unlawfully or test security controls without written permission.

Your content and confidentiality

You retain responsibility for information entered into your workspace. You grant ISMS Guide only the limited permission needed to host, process, back up and display that information to provide the service. Company workspaces are logically isolated and access is controlled by membership and role.

Intellectual property

The software, design and original implementation guidance belong to ISMS Guide or its licensors. ISO and IEC names and marks belong to their respective owners. No standard text is licensed or transferred through the service.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep the service secure and available, but uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, ISMS Guide is not responsible for indirect loss, lost profit or certification decisions made by independent bodies.

Changes and termination

We may update the service or these Terms for operational, security or legal reasons. Material changes will be communicated through the service where reasonably possible. You may stop using the service at any time.
